Logan Homes was founded in 1986 along the Southeastern Carolina coast by D. Logan, whose passion for craftsmanship began as a carpenter’s helper. Through dedication, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality, he helped build some of the region’s finest homes along Wrightsville Beach and Figure Eight Island. That hands-on experience shaped the foundation of Logan Homes and continues to guide our standards today.

What started as a dream has grown into one of the region’s most respected homebuilders without ever losing the personal touch that set us apart.
